By accessing and using Shibui Interior Lab's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Shibui Interior Lab provides interior design services, including room design packages, color consultation, furniture curation, and installation support. We offer both digital design services and physical product sourcing.

User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance for all design packages and consultation services. We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout. All prices are in Japanese Yen unless otherwise specified.

Design Services and Deliverables

Our design services include the specific deliverables outlined in each package. Completion timelines may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness. We reserve the right to modify timelines as necessary.

Intellectual Property Rights

All design concepts, plans, and materials created by Shibui Interior Lab remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a license to use the designs for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, photos, and information about their space. Delays or additional costs resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client are the client's responsibility.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase for services not yet commenced. Once design work has begun, refunds are prorated based on work completed.

Limitation of Liability

Shibui Interior Lab's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Product Sourcing and Installation

We assist with product sourcing but are not responsible for product defects, shipping delays, or installation issues beyond our direct control. Separate terms may apply for installation services.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Severability
